Shipping questions

My tracking number says it does not exist.
Carriers usually take 1 to 3 business days to activate a number after the shipping email goes out. If it still shows nothing after that, message us with your order number and we will look it up on our side.
How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping typically takes 6 to 14 business days from the shipping email. You will see the first scan here as soon as the carrier picks it up.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not shipped yet (no tracking email), reply to your order confirmation or contact us with your order number and the new address. Once a package is moving we cannot reroute it.
The tracking has not moved in days.
Packages sometimes sit between scans for 3 to 5 days, especially around holidays. If nothing changes for a week, send us the tracking number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
